The terms governing your use of the Revnew platform, services, and modules.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gourav Manchanda (trade name: Revnew) (“Revnew”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), an individual sole proprietor based in SAS Nagar, Punjab, India. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Revnew platform, including the website at revnew.in, the application at app.revnew.in, all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, APIs, and any services offered through the platform (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific modules or services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
These Terms are published in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (“IT Act”), the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (as amended), the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (“RERA”), and other applicable laws of India.
2. Definitions
In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
- “Account” means the registered user account created by you on the Platform, including all credentials, preferences, and associated data.
- “Area Management Module” means the Platform module that enables users to manage and access structured intelligence about localities, micro-markets, pricing data, colony classifications, jurisdiction information, and infrastructure developments.
- “Broker” or “Channel Partner” or “CP” means a real estate agent, broker, or intermediary registered under Section 9 of RERA or otherwise operating in the real estate market.
- “Builder” or “Developer” means a promoter as defined under Section 2(zk) of RERA, or any entity engaged in the development of real estate projects.
- “Content” means all text, images, data, documents, brochures, floor plans, pricing information, project details, analytics, reports, and any other information or material made available on or through the Platform.
- “Customer” or “End Customer” means a prospective buyer, renter, seller, or landlord who accesses project pages shared by Brokers or otherwise interacts with project information on the Platform.
- “Lead Management Module” means the Platform module that enables users to capture, track, match, and manage all property enquiries, including engagement scoring, deal pipeline management, and communication tracking.
- “Listings Management Module” means the Platform module that enables users to create, manage, and enrich property listings for sale or rent.
- “Platform Intelligence” means anonymised, aggregated insights, benchmarks, and market intelligence derived from the collective activity across the Platform.
- “RERA Data” means information sourced from official Real Estate Regulatory Authority websites and databases across Indian states and union territories.
- “Services” means all products, features, tools, modules, analytics, intelligence reports, and functionalities offered through the Platform.
- “User” or “you” means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity.
- “Workspace” means the private, isolated tenant environment allocated to a brokerage firm or individual Broker on the Platform.
3. Eligibility
3.1 General Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age, be competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and not be barred from receiving services under the laws of India or any other applicable jurisdiction.
3.2 Broker-Specific Eligibility
If you access the Platform as a Broker for the purposes of advertising, marketing, or facilitating the sale, purchase, or rental of properties under ongoing real estate projects (as defined under RERA), you represent and warrant that you hold valid RERA registration in the relevant state(s) as required under Section 9 of RERA.
Brokers operating solely in the secondary market (resale of properties with completion certificates, as clarified under Section 3(1) of RERA) are not required to hold RERA registration but must comply with all other applicable laws.
3.3 Builder-Specific Eligibility
If you access the Platform as a Builder, you represent and warrant that your real estate projects listed on the Platform are duly registered with the respective State RERA Authority as required under Section 3 of RERA, and that all project information provided is accurate and current.
3.4 Organisational Use
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a company, partnership, LLP, proprietorship, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
4. Account Registration and Security
Certain features of the Platform require you to create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your Account information updated at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (including OTP-based authentication) and for all activities that occur under your Account. You must notify us immediately at revnewio@gmail.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.
Revnew reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, or if your use of the Platform violates these Terms.
You may not share, transfer, or permit another individual to use your Account credentials. Each Account is personal to the registered user or the authorised representative of the registered entity.
5. Platform Services and Modules
5.1 Core Modules
The Platform provides three core operational modules for real estate brokerage operations:
- Area Management Module: Enables management of detailed area intelligence including micro-market pricing, colony classifications, builder activity tracking, ownership patterns, jurisdiction data, infrastructure developments, and market event monitoring.
- Listings Management Module: Enables creation, enrichment, and management of property listings for sale or rent, including property indexing, ownership history, comparable transactions, RERA status linkage, document readiness tracking, and price benchmarking.
- Lead Management Module: Enables capture and management of all property enquiries from buyers, sellers, renters, and landlords, including intelligent matching with listings, engagement scoring, deal pipeline tracking, site visit scheduling, and complete interaction audit trails.
5.2 RERA Intelligence Services
The Platform aggregates and presents publicly available data from official RERA websites across Indian states and union territories. RERA Data is presented as-is from public sources and is intended solely for informational purposes.
5.3 Builder Services
Builders may access a project control panel (free tier) and optional paid distribution campaigns and intelligence products. Builder analytics are provided in aggregated form only. Revnew does not provide Builders with individually identifiable customer data, individual broker customer lists, or named competitive project data.
5.4 Broker Services
Brokers receive access to branded project pages, real-time engagement alerts, WhatsApp-native workflows, project intelligence, and tools including EMI calculators and brochure sharing. Certain advanced features may be offered under a paid subscription tier (“Broker Pro”) as notified from time to time.
5.5 Customer-Facing Features
Customers may access project pages shared by Brokers, use tools such as EMI calculators and payment plan viewers, and download brochures. Certain features require the Customer to provide a phone number, which creates a lead attribution to the sharing Broker.
5.6 Service Modifications
Revnew reserves the right to introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service, module, or feature at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
6. User Obligations and Acceptable Use
6.1 General Obligations
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
- Use the Platform to publish, transmit, or distribute any information that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful under applicable Indian law.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Platform, its servers, or connected networks.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Platform, other user Accounts, Workspaces, or any connected systems.
- Use the Platform to collect, harvest, or store personal data of other users except as expressly permitted by the Platform's functionality.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or data models of the Platform.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security-related features of the Platform.
- Use the Platform in any manner that violates RERA, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Competition Act, 2002, or any other applicable law.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Platform access, data, or Services to any third party without prior written consent.
6.2 Broker-Specific Obligations
As a Broker, you additionally agree to:
- Ensure that all project information you share with Customers is accurate and current as provided on the Platform.
- Maintain the confidentiality of customer engagement data and lead information received through the Platform.
- Share only those projects that you are actively authorised to sell or market as a channel partner of the respective Builder.
6.3 Builder-Specific Obligations
As a Builder, you additionally agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current project information including pricing, floor plans, specifications, RERA registration details, construction status, and payment plans.
- Update project information promptly whenever changes occur.
- Not attempt to directly contact or solicit Customers whose engagement data you receive through the Platform in aggregated form.
- Not use Platform analytics to identify or target individual Customers, individual Broker customer lists, or specific competitive project data.
7. Data Ownership, Privacy Architecture, and Trust Framework
7.1 Workspace Data Ownership
All data within your Workspace, including contacts, properties, listings, leads, deals, and financial information, belongs to you. Revnew does not access, sell, share, or transfer your Workspace data to any other user, workspace, builder, or third party.
7.2 Trust Architecture
The Platform implements the following data isolation principles:
- Broker-to-Broker: No broker can ever see another broker's workspace data, contacts, or financials. Complete isolation is maintained.
- Broker-to-Builder: Builders receive only aggregated analytics. Builders never receive individual customer identities, phone numbers, or broker customer lists.
- Builder-to-Builder: Builders receive segment benchmarks for competitive intelligence. No named competitor data is provided.
- Customer-to-Customer: Customers are completely isolated from one another.
- Platform Admin: Platform administrators do not have access to identifiable workspace data. Only anonymised aggregates are available.
7.3 Platform Intelligence and Anonymised Data
You acknowledge and consent that anonymised, non-identifiable data derived from your use of the Platform may be aggregated to improve Platform Intelligence. This data will never contain personally identifiable information and is never attributable to any individual user, workspace, or transaction.
7.4 RERA Data
RERA Data displayed on the Platform is sourced from publicly available government databases. While Revnew makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy and currency of RERA Data, we do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy. Users should independently verify RERA Data with the relevant State RERA Authority.
7.5 Data Processing
All personal data processing on the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 Revnew's Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, architecture, source code, algorithms, data models, user interface, logos, trademarks, and all proprietary technology, is the exclusive intellectual property of Gourav Manchanda (trade name: Revnew). All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
8.2 User Content Licence
By uploading, submitting, or making available any content through the Platform, you grant Revnew a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Services. This licence terminates when you delete such content or your Account.
8.3 Restrictions
You shall not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on the Platform or any Content therein, except as expressly permitted. Systematic downloading, scraping, or extraction of substantial portions of RERA Data or Platform Intelligence is strictly prohibited.
9. Fees, Payments, and Subscription Terms
9.1 Free and Paid Services
Certain Services on the Platform are offered free of charge. Revnew reserves the right to introduce paid tiers, subscription plans, or usage-based pricing for certain features as notified from time to time.
9.2 Payment Terms
All paid Services are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at prevailing rates. All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.
9.3 Subscription Renewal
Where applicable, subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. Revnew will send a reminder at least seven (7) days before renewal. Pricing changes will be notified at least thirty (30) days in advance.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
10.1 No Advisory Services
Revnew is a technology platform that provides tools and intelligence for real estate brokerage operations. We are not a real estate broker, agent, advisor, or financial institution. We do not provide investment advice, legal advice, or recommendations regarding the purchase, sale, or rental of any property.
10.2 Information Accuracy
While Revnew endeavours to provide accurate and current information, we make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any Content. Information on the Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
10.3 No Guarantee of Outcomes
Revnew does not guarantee any particular outcome from the use of the Platform, including the number of leads, engagement rates, conversions, or business results.
10.4 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Revnew, its owner, contractors, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
In no event shall Revnew's total aggregate liability for all claims exceed the amount paid by you to Revnew in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Ten Thousand Indian Rupees (INR 10,000), whichever is greater.
10.5 Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with or contain links to third-party services. Revnew is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party services.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revnew, its owner, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with:
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
- Your use of the Platform or Services.
- Any content or data you submit, upload, or transmit through the Platform.
- Your breach of any representation or warranty made in these Terms.
- Any dispute between you and another user, customer, or third party arising from your use of the Platform.
- Any violation of RERA obligations, including operating without valid RERA registration where required.
12. Termination
12.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting us at revnewio@gmail.com or through the Account settings. Upon termination, your Workspace data will be retained for thirty (30) days to allow data export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
12.2 Termination by Revnew
Revnew may suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform, with or without notice, if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms.
- Your RERA registration is revoked, suspended, or expired (for Broker accounts).
- We are required to do so by law, regulation, or court order.
- We reasonably believe your Account is being used fraudulently or in a manner harmful to other users.
- We discontinue the Platform or any material portion of the Services.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Sections 7 (Data Ownership), 8 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Disclaimers), 11 (Indemnification), 13 (Governing Law), and 14 (Dispute Resolution) shall survive termination.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Amicable Resolution
In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of written notice.
14.2 Arbitration
If the dispute is not resolved amicably, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The seat and venue of arbitration shall be SAS Nagar, Punjab, India. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding.
14.3 Jurisdiction
Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts at SAS Nagar, Punjab, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings relating to these Terms.
14.4 RERA Disputes
Nothing in these Terms shall restrict or limit any rights available to users under RERA. Complaints relating to real estate projects, developers, or agents may be filed with the relevant State RERA Authority. Revnew, as a technology platform, is not a party to transactions between Builders, Brokers, and Customers.
15. Grievance Redressal
In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (as amended), Revnew has appointed a Grievance Officer:

The Grievance Officer shall acknowledge your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and resolve it within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt.
16. Communications and Notifications
By creating an Account, you consent to receive communications from Revnew via email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app notifications relating to your Account, Services, system updates, and promotional offers.
You may opt out of promotional communications at any time through your Account settings or by responding “STOP” to any WhatsApp message. Transactional and service-related communications are essential to the Platform's operation and cannot be opted out of while your Account is active.
17. Modifications to These Terms
Revnew reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least fifteen (15) days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. General Provisions
18.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Service-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Revnew regarding the Platform.
18.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
18.3 Waiver
The failure of Revnew to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
18.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Revnew's prior written consent. Revnew may assign its rights and obligations to an affiliate or successor entity.
18.5 Force Majeure
Revnew shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, power failures, internet disruptions, or any other force majeure events.
18.6 Language
These Terms have been drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
